Do you Ship Internationally? 

We currently, only offer shipping within U.S. We hope to expand our shipping services in the near future! 


When will my order arrive? 

Orders are shipped out via USPS and depending on location should take within 3-5 business days. Please give 24 hours for your items to ship. 


Why isn’t my tracking number showing?

Once your order has confirmed shipped, the shipping process is now removed from the business and onto the carriers property. Please give within 24-48 hours for the tracking to have a follow up scan update once USPS has it en route.

It’s been over 72 hours, where’s my order?

Once the order has been shipped out from the business, our carriers are now responsible. We would advise to take weather or the weekend in consideration for additional days of delay. Due to COVID-19 orders are being seen delayed up to two weeks for first-class and ground orders.

What if my order is lost?

First we would advise to contact your local post office for more information regarding the tracking number, and or submit a claim to retrieve it. We handle this on a case by case situation.

How do I care for my earrings?

All Clio Clay items are handmade! Though, the clay has been tempered to take on a few bends and tosses, but please don’t attempt to bend them :P. We do advise to keep them in a cool dry place. Please do not leave out in the sun or extreme heat as the clay could soften along with the resin protectant.

What if there are makeup stains on my earrings?

If there are any stains on them, a simple microfiber towel and some soap and water can clear it off. If it’s a little more stubborn to remove, using a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol with a gentle swipe off will clean it right off .
