SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for domestic orders to be packed, shipped and received unless noted otherwise. We are currently shipping within U.S. proximity at the moment. Once orders have been shipped the business leaves it to the carriers to be trusted and responsible to complete the transit of your order. Please consider weather, holiday, and even weekends that may extend your package from arriving on time as tracking may state. Give 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated upon first scan from carrier to show en route.

Due to Covid-19 shipping carriers are experiencing delays with most First Class and Ground mail. If orders are confirmed shipped but has been “in Pre-Shipment”, “Label Created” status for more than 72 hours, there needs to be at least up to 1-2 weeks for domestic orders to be found or status updated to being lost. Before we take further action to resolve the issue on our end each will be handled on a case by case basis.

EARRINGS

Please note all earrings are handmade from creating to baking each piece. Expect slight imperfections due to the medium being used.

Should anything happen to your earrings upon arrival ie: Product was destroyed or broken due to shipping, please send us an email asap. We will allow within 7 business days from delivery date to review the situation if the item destroyed was in fact during shipping.

We really make sure our accessories will last for years to come, but also know there are circumstances that cannot be avoided, especially being items that are handmade. If something happens to your earrings please email us and we will review how to move forward, again, case by case situations.

If an item broke and may need repair and customer is at NO FAULT, we will give 30 days to receive and repair the item at no cost, unless it is a unique slab piece that cannot be remade again, then options of store credit or item exchange will be available. Any item purchased after 30 days of item being broken will be reviewed but customer will pay for shipping to return for any repairs needed.
